The study was prepared for the purpose of complex analysis of investment activities of the North Caucasian Federal District regions, including the formation of a list of potentially attractive economic activities, as well as the formation of a pool of possible investment projects, including through the organisation of industrial integration between its subjects.

The fifth issue of the annual report, prepared jointly by the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), the Institute of Far Eastern Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of International Studies of the Fudan University, offers the shared vision of Russian and Chinese experts in international affairs for continued collaboration between Russia and China in 2018 and the first quarter of 2019.

The research prepared by the National Rating Agency examines the investment attractiveness of Russian regions. Factors influencing the feasibility, efficiency and risk level of investments in different regions were analyzed.
