For SMEs, a deferment is introduced for the payment of insurance premiums for the II and III quarters of 2022

The corresponding resolution was signed on April 29, 2022 by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin. Dmitry Bogdanov, Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region, explained which enterprises can count on a delay.

«Insurance premiums for the II and III quarters of 2022 will need to be paid from May 2023», - the minister explained. - Payments for insurance premiums will be postponed for one year. Accordingly, until May 15, there must be a payment for April, this first payment in the second quarter is postponed for a year, it will have to be paid in May 2023. It covers more than 70 industries, including food and beverages, textiles, paper and paper products, building construction, temporary accommodation, rental and leasing. Deadline for payment of insurance premiums for April-June 2022. Individual entrepreneurs who fall under this criterion can also later transfer contributions for 2021 from incomes over 300 thousand rubles».

According to Bogdanov, this also affects policyholders in more than 30 industries that relate to manufacturing, construction, transport, telecommunications, etc. Deadlines for paying insurance premiums for July-September 2022. «For the second quarter, more than 108,000 SMEs in the Samara region, working in 78 types of activities, receive a deferral, that is, three-quarters of all SMEs in the region. For the third quarter - 46 thousand companies and individual entrepreneurs in 39 types of activities», - Dmitry Bogdanov said.
