Dmitry Bogdanov, Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region, signed additional agreements with four current residents of the territory of advanced social and economic development of Tolyatti.
The documents fix the obligations of companies to increase the number of new jobs created as part of ongoing investment projects. These are projects for the introduction of new production methods in the construction industry, the production of masterbatches and PET film, the creation of the production of thermal equipment, as well as the expansion of the production of children's toys.
Increasing the investment attractiveness of the region, creating comfortable conditions for private business are key areas in the work of the regional Government and Governor Dmitry Azarov.
An important tool in the implementation of projects and business support in the region is the Investment Promotion Agency of the Samara Region. The Agency works with the initiators of investment projects on the principle of "one stop shop", providing all the necessary information about possible support measures, assisting in resolving all issues that arise in the process of project implementation.
The total number of jobs that four residents plan to create will increase by 3.8 times, from 196 to 740 jobs.
“Togliatti PSEDA retains its leadership in terms of the number of attracted residents – today 62 companies are included in the federal register. Comfortable conditions for doing business in the region, benefits of a special tax regime allow residents of the two advanced development territories in Togliatti and Chapaevsk, even in the current difficult conditions, to confidently develop and revise their plans in the direction of increasing production volumes, creating more jobs. We accompany all investment projects implemented in the region and are ready to provide their initiators with all the necessary support and administrative support”, - said Dmitry Bogdanov.
The total amount of investments that the residents of TASED "Togliatti" plan to invest in the implementation of their projects is 40.9 billion rubles. Investors plan to create 11,000 jobs.
Residents have already launched 50 production facilities, invested 24.3 billion rubles, and created 8,060 jobs. Residents paid 1.4 billion rubles to the consolidated budget of the Samara Region. taxes.
The federal register also includes 20 residents of the Chapaevsk ASEZ, who are ready to invest a total of 11.4 billion rubles in investments and create 4.5 thousand new jobs. Today, Chapaev residents have already launched 2 production facilities and invested 750.3 million rubles in their projects.
