The Roscongress Foundation and the National
Association of Protocol Specialists signed a cooperation agreement on 27
February. The agreement calls for mutual consultative, informational, and
expert support, the organization of joint events, such as briefings, conferences,
roundtables, business meetings, presentations, and workshops, as well as
promotional and awareness-raising campaigns. The agreement was signed by
Roscongress Foundation CEO and Chairman of the Board Alexander Stuglev and
National Association of Protocol Specialists President Vladimir Shevchenko.
«Representatives of 208 countries and
territories take part in our events. The Roscongress Foundations unmatched
advantages are its extensive set of professional expertise and numerous years
of experience working with official delegations. This agreement with the
Association is an important step towards institutionalizing the professional
community of protocol specialists», Stuglev said.
«We are
planning active and productive joint work in 2020 by attracting the Roscongress
Foundation as a co-organizer of the National Award for Protocol, Image, and
Etiquette as well as joint projects and collaboration with the Russian regions.
I am certain that there will be excellent results and new achievements going
forward,» Shevchenko said.
For reference: the National Association of
Protocol Specialists (NASP) was established in 2011 in order to create a
unified national system of common standards for protocol support and to
introduce international protocol and etiquette standards into the practices of
Russian organizations. NASP is the sole organization that has been created for
and based on the initiative of protocol and etiquette specialists.
