On
the run up to the 8th PROESTATE International Real Estate Investment
Forum, which will be held on 18–20 September in Moscow, contributors to the ROSCONGRESS.ORG Information and
Analytical System have created a digest of analytical materials that includes
ten studies on the most important topics on the Forum agenda.
Important issues in the real estate market such
as escrow account mechanisms are analyzed in the studies: ‘Indicative Analysis
of the Impact of the Transition to the Escrow Account Mechanism for a Standard Residential
Project and Housing Development’ and ‘Construction in Russia — 2018’.
The most important issues related to urban
development and improving the urban environment are addressed in the public
reports: ‘Study on the Development of a Pleasant Urban Environment in Moscow
and the Leading Global Cities’ and ‘Urban Redevelopment from the Point of View
of Town Planning and Regulation: Foreign Experience’.
Particular attention at the Forum will be paid
to environmental issues, green technologies and the smart city concept to
improve the quality of life in cities. The study: ‘Sustainable Development,
Green Building and Energy Efficiency’ addresses these topics.
When
preparing analytical digests, the impartiality and informative value of the
materials created by the Federal State Statistics Service, PWC, The Boston
Consulting Group, the Institute for Urban Economics, the CSR, EY, and other high-profile
organizations were taken into account.
