The Roscongress Foundation has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Indian companies De Core Trans Technologies Pvt Ltd (DСTT) and Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL). The signing ceremony took place on September 3, 2016, at the second Eastern Economic Forum. The document outlines the parties’ agreement to cooperate in the fields of energy conservation and energy efficiency. In particular, there are plans to implement a host of pilot projects in the Russian Federation through the signatories’ joint efforts. The objective will ultimately be to introduce energy-saving technologies and establish an investment fund for implementation of projects related to energy efficiency.
The Roscongress Foundation will assist in identifying promising areas of focus and energy-efficiency projects, as well as in the establishment of the aforementioned fund in Russia.
