SPILF 2022 to Host a Session on State Family Law Policy

В рамках ПМЮФ-2022 состоится сессия, посвященная вопросам реализации государственной политики в сфере семейного права

On 1 June 2022 at 10:00 St. Petersburg International Legal Forum will host a session entitled ‘Family Law in the 21st Century: Institutions and Values’.

Participants of the discussion will talk about legal mechanisms and legislative initiatives to strengthen traditional family and spiritual values, discuss the prospects of safe information space and directions of combating destructive psychological influences in the formation of family values.

An equally important part of the discussion will be dedicated to the interests of Russian families abroad in the context of the current international agenda.

“The traditional family guarantees a healthy society with stable moral and ethical guidelines. That is why Russian statehood is based on spiritual and moral values, the main purpose of which is the creation, preservation, and strengthening of the family in its normal sense,” stressed Vsevolod Vukolov, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation.

The session will bring together Konstantin Chuychenko, Minister of Justice of the Russian Federation, Anna Kuznetsova, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bugaev, First Deputy Minister of Enlightenment of the Russian Federation, Venkataraman Ramasubramanian, Judge of Supreme Court of India, Olga Khokhlova, Senator of the Russian Federation, Abbess Xenia (Chernega), Head of the Legal Department of the Moscow Patriarchate and Abbess of the Alekseevsky Stauropegial Convent, Anastasia Melnikova, an actress. 

Journalist, Anchor on the Television Show ‘Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov’ will moderate the session.
