The Let’s Travel! Russian Tourist Forum will be presented at the stand of the Federal Agency for Tourism at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. SPIEF participants will be able to learn more about the agenda of the Let’s Travel! Forum. The stand programme includes the signing of cooperation agreements and the presentation of regional tourism opportunities.
The Let’s Travel! Forum dedicated to the modern travel industry will be held on 4–7 August 2022 at VDNH in Moscow and will bring together representatives of government and business, leading experts and creators of innovative digital services. Also, on 29 July – 7 August 2022 Moscow will host F.I.C.C. INTERNATIONAL RALLY 2022 for the first time.
“The Let’s Travel! Forum is another platform for open dialogue on the development of tourism in Russia. It will bring together regions, investors, experts and tourists to address the latest trends, routes and key objectives we are facing. This year, we will focus on road trips and a comfortable infrastructure for them. Another topic will be the new format of prefabricated modular hotels that will help create comfort for an outdoor vacation in the most popular and beautiful tourist destinations in our country. The preparation for the Forum is in full swing already. We will present its programme at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum,” said the Head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova.
The Let’s Travel Forum is expected to offer over 100 business events, lectures, public talks and entertainment events.
“Russia is a huge country with a road network of over 1.5 million kilometres. Every year, road trips are growing more popular, with the growth rates getting several times higher since the beginning of the pandemic. Karelia, Baikal, Altai, and the Caucasus are just a snippet of the most popular destinations. Travelling comfortably takes an infrastructure. It will become the key theme of this year’s Forum,” said Alexander Stuglev, CEO and Chairman of the Roscongress Foundation.
The 2022 Let’s Travel! Russian Tourist Forum is organized by the Roscongress Foundation. Co-organizers are the Federal Agency for Tourism and VDNH. The Forum is supported by the Russian Geographical Society.
