Project description

A year-round spa complex with an outdoor heated pool will be located within walking distance from the ski lifts of the existing “Belaya Gora” ski resort.

In the territory of the SPA complex with a total area of 4 969 m² there will be an outdoor and indoor all-season pool, a spa and massage area, a bath complex, a phyto-bar, a café with veranda, 20 guest rooms. Large companies and those who want privacy will be able to find accommodation in stand-alone cottages.

Additional functions:
Cafes, places for accommodation in the SPA complex, individual cottages for accommodation of 4-6 people.
Number of rooms in the main building: 20 (average room size is 23 m²)

The location of the thermal SPA complex will allow its guests to use the infrastructure of GLK (ski resort) “Gora Belaya”: ski slopes, trails for walking and hiking, excursions, museums, attractions of nearby villages.
The planned location of the thermal SPA complex will be within the boundaries of the expanding tourist and recreational cluster “Gora Belaya” (the project is managed by ANO TRK “Gora Belaya”)
Conducive environment for implementation:
- The thermal SPA complex will become an independent object of attraction for tourists, regardless of the season.
- The format of the all-weather thermal spa complex successfully operates at similar Russian and foreign resorts.
- The location of the facility will be in one of the most picturesque places in the Urals: it is part of the “Veselye Gory (Merry Mountains)" mountain range.
- Significant reduction in investor costs –– The management company will defray expenses for laying utility networks and building roads to the boundaries of the site, improve the common areas of the resort, provide an opportunity to use tax benefits during the operation of the facility, and help to attract soft term financing
