Project description

The essence of the project is to create a plant for the production of food supplements and agricultural additives based on the technology of deep and waste-free processing of wood in the Territory of Advanced Social and Economic Development of Tulun, Irkutsk Region, based on the antioxidant dihydroquercetin (DKV) and the prebiotic arabinogalactan, obtained from their butt portion Siberian and Daurian larch.

The main products include a line of agricultural additives, differing in antioxidant and prebiotic content, using DKV powder with an increased concentration of up to 95%, for domestic consumption and export; a line of food supplements for the prevention and inclusion in a comprehensive treatment regimen for diabetes mellitus, cancer, Alzheimer's disease; specialized sports nutrition, including those recommended for use in high-performance sports, in the form of capsules and powders for making cocktails.

Promising products include a cosmetic line in the form of creams and oils with an antioxidant effect, using extracts from the Baikal flora; antioxidant additives for preserving meat, dairy, and other food products; baby food with antioxidants for residents of areas with unfavorable environmental conditions; radioprotector for the army.
