According to the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region Dmitry Bogdanov during the live broadcast of «Explaining.RF», 131.3 thousand small and medium-sized businesses are currently operating in the Samara Region. In terms of the number of SMEs, the Samara Region ranks 10th in the Russian Federation and 2nd in the Volga Federal District. New enterprises are being actively created, ready to provide the region with quality products and continue dynamic development.<br>

One of such enterprises is «Greensby» LLC, an eco-farm for growing greens. The company was founded in Samara only half a year ago, but in this short time, start-up entrepreneurs have confidently declared themselves on the regional market and are now making big plans to increase production volumes. In different periods, 10-15 types of greens are grown on the eco-farm: three varieties of basil, five varieties of lettuce, a large number of exotic species: mizuna, kale, pak-choi, chard and many others.<br>

Governor Dmitry Azarov has repeatedly spoken about the need to support start-up entrepreneurs. In the Samara region, the national project «Small and Medium Enterprises» is being actively implemented, which allows businesses to create the most comfortable conditions for a successful start, growth and development.<br>

The list of buyers of «Greensby» eco-farm products today includes a regional network of restaurants, shops and ordinary citizens who can purchase healthy, fresh herbs right here at the enterprise.<br>
