Russian President Vladimir Putin will speak at the plenary session of the Russian Energy Week International Forum.
CNBC TV presenter Hadley Gamble will moderate the plenary session. The event will also be attended by Exxon Mobil Corporation Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO Darren Woods, Daimler AG and Mercedes-Benz AG Chairman of the Board Ola Kallenius, BP CEO Bernard Looney, and TotalEnergies Chairman and CEO Patrick Pouyanné.
President of Angola João Lourenço will deliver a video message to the Forum participants. Angola is chairing the OPEC conference in 2021.
The following foreign leaders previously sent greetings to the participants and guests of the Russian Energy Week International Forum: Prime Minister of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and Vice Premier of the State Council of China Han Zheng.
The Russian Energy Week International Forum will take place in Moscow on 13–15 October 2021 at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall.
The event is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation, the Russian Ministry of Energy, and the Moscow Government.
