The Organizing Committee of the 25th World Energy Congress is pleased to
announce that Gazprom Energoholding and Gazprom Neft have become Platinum
Sponsors of the World Energy Congress to be held in St. Petersburg on 24–27
October 2022. The Congress is organized by the Roscongress Foundation with the
support from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and commemorates
the centenary of the World Energy Council. Along with an extensive business
programme, the Congress traditionally includes an exhibition of energy industry
achievements, as well as cultural and entertainment events.
The triennial event is among the key ones in the energy sector. The 25th
jubilee World Energy Congress is held under the theme ‘Energy for Humanity’. It
will explore the major challenges facing the energy industry today and will
provide the largest and most meaningful dialogue with all parties involved in
the energy transition, including governments, private and public corporations,
representatives of the scientific community, and opinion leaders.
