The State Duma worked hard together with Vnesheconombank on preparing legislation for the Project Finance Factory. A law on syndicated loans was adopted. Also, changed were made to the law on Vnesheconombank, allowing it to implement the idea of project financing. Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Financial Markets Anatoly Aksakov spoke about this.
