Enforce the subsidy agreements concluded between the ministry and recipients of subsidies; Submission by recipients in the local authorities of municipal districts of the Samara Region of reports on the financial and economic status of the recipients; the absence of inaccurate information revealed during inspections conducted by authorized bodies in the documents submitted by the recipients in order to learn the subsidy, as well as the facts of the illegal receipt of the subsidy; achievement of the performance indicator - non-deterioration of the volume of the milk production or the livestock of cattle in the meat sector; carrying out activities for breeding cattle of dairy and (or) meat directions for at least three years from the date the grantee was granted to the recipient.
