Terms of support
In the current fiscal year, the recipient does not reduce the gross harvest of grain and leguminous crops to the average of 5 years (for recipients of a subsidy for the production of grain and leguminous crops), unless it is impossible to fulfill this condition due to force majeure, that is, extraordinary and inevitable circumstances of natural and ( or) man-made nature, confirmed by relevant acts.
The recipient in the current fiscal year does not reduce the gross yield of oilseeds (excluding rapeseed and soybeans) to the average of 5 years (for recipients of a subsidy for the production of oilseeds), unless it is impossible to fulfill this condition due to force majeure, i.e. extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances natural and (or) man-made nature, confirmed by relevant acts
