Terms of support

Subsidies are provided on a free and non-refundable basis from the regional budget subsidies to agricultural cooperatives and consumer cooperative organizations in the Samara region in order to reimburse the costs incurred by them in the previous and (or) current financial years in connection with the implementation of cooperative activities in relation to the costs of milk purchases and meat in personal subsidiary plots of the population of the Samara region and (or) for the purchase of equipment and road transport, including on the terms of financial rent (leasing) and (or) sublease (subleasing). 1. Subsidies for the purchase of equipment and road transport: - 50% of the cost of equipment for slaughterhouses and milk collection points, equipment for meat and milk processing, specialized and freight road transport; - 25% of the cost of equipment for food and processing industries, storage equipment and product sales; - 90% of the cost of automobile stores to provide essential goods to residents of remote and sparsely populated areas: - 80% of the amount of the initial payment under a financial lease (leasing) agreement for the above equipment and road transport. 2. Subsidies for the purchase of agricultural products in personal subsidiary plots of the population: - 2.5 rubles per 1 kg of milk; - 14.0 rubles per 1 kg of meat in slaughter weight. The maximum amount of the subsidy provided to one recipient during one financial year may not exceed ten million rubles.
