Timely repayment of loan obligations.
Availability of an agreement concluded with the Ministry of Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade of the Orenburg Region.
The period for granting state support is no more than five years for projects on expansion, technical re-equipment and modernization of production and no more than one year for the purchase of raw materials and materials for the production of new products.
