Subsidies are provided for loans concluded during the period of the regional target program «On the development of small and medium-sized businesses in the Orenburg region» for 2012-2014, subject to obligations as of January 1 of the corresponding year (costs incurred in 2012-2014 are subject to subsidies).
The subsidy is not provided to reimburse part of the costs of loans attracted to pay wages, make tax and other mandatory payments, purchase cars that are not equipped for use in commercial activities, property used for lease.
The subsidy cannot exceed 1000.0 thousand rubles. per one small (medium) business entity.
