Tax allowances for the residents of priority social and economic development areas in Novgorod region

Main measure of support

Priority social and economic development area is an economic zone with beneficial tax conditions and simplified administrative procedures, created for attracting investments, accelerated economic development and improvement of the local population’s life.

Profit tax rate to the regional part of the budget:
— 5% during the 1st five years;
1 0% during the 2nd five years.

Property tax to the regional part of the budget:
— 0% during the 1st five years;
1,1% during the 2nd five years.

Contributions to the pension fund, social insurance fund, federal compulsory health insurance fund::
— 7.6% during the first 10 years.

Terms of support

To get preferential tax rate it is necessary to get status of a resident of priority social and economic development area according to the Federal law from 29.12.2014 No 473-FZ «On priority social and economic development areas in the Russian Federation». It is also necessary to comply with the requirements and conditions stated in the article 284.4 of the second part of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
