Terms of support

Compliance with the conditions established by the Law of the Kemerovo Region dated July 08, 2016 N 52-OZ “On the establishment of criteria that large-scale investment projects placed on state or municipal land plots must be met to provide legal entities for rent without tendering”

Support restrictions

objects whose location on the territory of the urban district - the cities of Kemerovo and the Novokuznetsk urban district will increase the number of jobs by at least 250 jobs in each city district, in the territories of other municipalities - by at least 100 jobs in each municipality; facilities whose placement will significantly (by 1 percent or more) increase annual revenues from taxes levied on the territory of a municipality (city district, settlement) and received in the consolidated budget of the Kemerovo region, excluding excise taxes and mineral extraction tax, but not less than 5 million rubles; At the same time, the objects indicated in the paragraphs of the second and third of this article must correspond to the activities specified in the description of the types of permitted use of land (hereinafter also referred to as types) established by the Classifier of types of permitted use of land, approved by order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation dated 01.09. 2014 No. 540.
