The Ivanovo region is the historical center of Russia with the most dynamic economic and business activities, which is located in the center of the European part of Russia, in close proximity to Moscow. Most of it lies between the Volga and Klyazma rivers.

The Ivanovo region is a unique cluster of tourist assets. The cities of the region are part of the""Golden Ring of Russia"".

The main railway, water (river) and automobile highways connecting the north-western and southern directions of the Russian Federation pass through the territory of the region.

The growth of investments has a great impact on both the increase in tax revenues to the regional budget, the creation of new jobs, and the level and quality of life, so therefore attracting investment in the regional economy is one of the strategic objectives of the Government of the Ivanovo region.
