Providing an investor with a land plot for rent without bidding in order to implement a large-scale investment project

For the recognition of conformity of the object with the criteria specified in article 2 of the Law of the Bryansk region from 9 November 2015 N 113-N , for placement of which in accordance with subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of article 39.6 of the Land code of the Russian Federation, land plots are provided under lease without holding auctions, the entity, which initiated the placement (construction) of the facility, submit to the Department of economic development of the Bryansk region statement in the prescribed form and documents in accordance with clause 2 Of the order of consideration of documents justifying compliance of objects of social and cultural and municipal purpose with the criteria established by article 2 Of the law of the Bryansk region of November 9, 2015 N 113-Z "about establishment of criteria to which objects of social and cultural and municipal purpose must meet, for placement (sale) of which it is allowed to provide the land plot which is in state or municipal ownership for lease without bidding"

For the purposes of making decisions on the conformity of investment projects to accommodate which allowed the granting of land plots in state or municipal ownership without the bidding criteria of major investment projects set out in subparagraphs 1, 2, 3 of paragraph 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Bryansk region from 9 November 2015 N 113-W, the applicants submit the documents stated in clause 2 Order of examination of documents justifying the compliance of investment projects criteria of major investment projects set out in subparagraphs 1, 2, 3 of paragraph 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Bryansk region from 9 November 2015 113 N-Z "On establishing the criteria that must be met for objects socially-cultural and kommunalno-a household purpose, large-scale investment projects, to embed (implementation) which allowed the granting of land plot in state or municipal property, in rent without auction," (app. by the decree Of the government of the Bryansk region of April 4, 2016 N 180-p)
