Subsidy to support small and medium-sized enterprises

Main measure of support

As part of the co-financing of municipal programs to support small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises are provided with subsidies in 17 areas, including to support activities in connection with the deterioration of the economic situation due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection

Terms of support

They are determined by the municipality independently, depending on the direction of support.

Support restrictions

The provision of subsidies (grants) to small and medium-sized enterprises may not be provided in relation to small and medium-sized enterprises:

  • credit organizations, insurance organizations (except for consumer cooperatives), investment funds, non-state pension funds, professional participants in the securities market, pawnshops
  • parties to production sharing agreements
  • carrying out business activities in the field of gambling business
  • who are, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on currency regulation and currency control, non-residents of the Russian Federation, except for cases stipulated by international treaties of the Russian Federation
  • engaged in the production and (or) sale of excisable goods, as well as the extraction and (or) sale of minerals, except for common minerals.
