Description

Project description

The idea behind this project is to build a network of facilities for integrated servicing of traffic. The added value of the project is achieved through deployment of recreational areas, sales of food and various goods and hotel services. Located approx. 200 km from each another, there will be no competition between the facilities. The project is planned to be implemented in three stages:

Stage I. Near the settlement of Shivilig. Filling station integrated with food retail and a cafeteria;
Stage II. Near the village of Khandagayty. Filling station integrated with food retail and a cafeteria;
Stage III. Near the town of Shagonar. Filling station, motel (5-6 rooms), cafe.

Target indicators:
— average daily transport load of 3,000 vehicles per day;
— average fuel sales of 25,000 l per day
