Project description

Creation of a production site in the coastal part of the Northern Caspian Sea on the territory of the Republic of Kalmykia for the processing (granulation) of roughage on the basis of reed-grain grass mixture, which will allow:

• to optimize farmers’ costs for the preparation of roughage during the wintering period by 10-15%,
• to create a feed base on the basis of which farmers will be able to put young animals for fattening, which will entail a significant boost to the development of agriculture in the Republic of Kalmykia,
• to create about 40 jobs at the enterprise, provide permanent work to 7 self-employed mowing teams,
• to organize about 460 million rubles of planned payments to the budget and extra-budgetary funds over 10 years.

Description of project services and / or products

Reed Granulation Production Line

• Crushing system (grinds raw materials up to 3-4 mm)
• Storage system (9 cubic meter bunker)
• Drying system (reach humidity up to 20%)
• Storage system (20 cubic meter bunker)
• Pelletizing system (2 granulators with a capacity of 3-3.5 tons per hour)
• Cooling system (cool pellets to temperature)
• Screening and packaging system (sort pellets into bags, defective pellets are sent back to the granulator).
