The project involves the construction of a dome hotel ECO GLAMPING ""STARS«"(eco health-friendly glamping «„STARS“»). Glamping will be located in the Altai Republic, Chemalsky district on the road to the Karakol lakes. The «„Karakol Lakes“» ski resort is under construction" nearby.
The concept of the project is to position a new, unique type of ecotourism in Russia, combining the comfort of hotel rooms of different categories, high standards of hotel service, and the opportunity to relax in pristine nature in the healing places of the Altai Republic mountain range. As well as various entertainment, daily animation, and show programs, Wellness.
It is planned to build 25 hemispheres (4, 6 and 8 m in diameter) — room categories: standard, semi-Suite, Suite (capacity of 110 people, with subsequent expansion of the number of rooms), as well as a dome restaurant (1 hemisphere 14 m in diameter for 120 seats) and 1 hemisphere — 10 diameter (administrative building-lobby bar). Objects of entertainment infrastructure (landscape amphitheater, stage, children’s town), agricultural zones (Petting zoo of Pets and birds, greenhouses).
In the development of the project, it is planned to introduce a Health and SPA complex (sauna, Siberian vat, Phyto Barrels, massage room, herbal medicine, pet therapy), rental Facilities for the following: equipment for recreation, tourism and sports: walking bicycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, rafting boats, kayaks, ski equipment.
The resort will attract fans of ecotourism, adventure, active, educational, sports, rural, corporate, elite tourism, as well as everyone who wants to admire the beauty of nature, almost untouched by anthropogenic activities, which attracts a huge number of tourists to the Republic, restore their health and mental balance, stay in a real climatic oasis with clean air, consisting of ozone and a bouquet of essential oils, which has a beneficial effect on the entire human body.
The client audience of the health resort is quite wide: couples of different ages, families with children, age and youth categories, students, athletes, corporate clients from Russia, and tourists from other countries.
The cost of services is from 4,500 to 10,500 for 1 hemisphere per day, depending on the room category.
