The 1000 th anniversary self-propelled sprayer-spreader «Tuman-3» rolled off the conveyor of the «Pegas-Agro» machine-building plant for the production of agricultural machinery.
Despite the difficulties, the company is trying to maintain the dynamics of production. Russian equipment is not inferior in its parameters to imported ones.
Today, the task of import substitution is extremely important for the agro-industrial complex. «The current situation is not only a challenge, but also an opportunity», - said Dmitry Azarov, Governor of the Samara Region. «Today, we are faced with the task of import substitution, including for our agro-industrial complex».
The farmers got acquainted with the first «troikas» (as «Tuman-3» is called by the plant's employees) in 2019. The car immediately aroused great interest: while retaining the best properties of its predecessors, the new «Tuman» received a more powerful engine, increased cross-country ability, increased payload, as well as an updated design.
- How the concept of «Tuman-3» was created on the basis of our workhorse – «deuce». During the modernization, we used innovative solutions in the field of «smart crop production» to create a machine that meets the requirements of the modern market,” said Sergey Sviridov, head of production at «Pegas-Agro». - And of course, user reviews helped us a lot. We analyzed and took into account many of their wishes. And, judging by the reaction to the new model, the farmers appreciated our efforts.
The novelty was also highly appreciated by the expert community. Thus, «Tuman-3» was awarded the silver medal of the independent professional competition of innovative technology of the international exhibition «AGROSALON». And according to the results of the competition of the XXII Russian agro-industrial exhibition «Golden Autumn – 2020», the plant was awarded the gold medal «For the production of highly efficient agricultural equipment and the introduction of advanced resource-saving technologies».
Agricultural machines of the plant are used not only in our Samara fields, but also outside the region. Thus, the thousandth anniversary Tuman-3 has already found its owner - in the near future it will go to the Tambov region, where it will work in the fields of the Nadezhda enterprise. The car was sold through the «Early Booking» program from Rosagroleasing JSC.
