Dmitry Bogdanov, Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region, presented the tools adopted by the Government of the Russian Federation to support the backbone enterprises of the Russian economy.

«The federal list of backbone organizations of the Russian economy currently includes 27 organizations of the Samara region, 26 more are under consideration. The regional government is constantly working to increase the number of our enterprises in this list», - said the head of the regional Ministry of Economic Development.

As the minister said, a wide range of existing support measures is currently available for the backbone organizations of the Russian economy.

Among them are soft loans for enterprises in industry, trade and the fuel and energy complex. To replenish working capital, they can receive up to 10 billion rubles for one borrower and 30 billion rubles for a group of companies, for up to 12 months and at a rate of 11% per annum.

Systemically important organizations in the agro-industrial complex and their subsidiaries will be able to use preferential funds for operating activities. The maximum amount of such a loan will be 5 billion rubles, at a rate of 10% per annum.

Another measure of support was bank guarantees for organizations in the field of production of medicinal and medical products. In order to obtain preferential loans and bank guarantees, organizations can apply to any credit institution included in the list of systemically important ones. «Banks have already approved 10 applications from enterprises in the Samara region for a total of 7 billion rubles», - Dmitry Bogdanov said.

It also provides for targeted federal measures to support organizations included in the list of backbone organizations of the Russian economy, including subsidies to reimburse production costs, state guarantees of the Russian Federation for loans or bonded loans of backbone organizations for purposes aimed at ensuring the sustainability of economic development.

To interact with investors on a one-stop basis, the Investment Promotion Agency of the Samara Region was created, which provides comprehensive services to investors - from selecting a site for project implementation to reaching the final stage and providing the necessary state support.
