The International Real Estate Investment Forum
PROESTATE 2020 is to take place on 10–13 September as an interactive online
event. It will offer a 3D exhibition, a busy business programme, and ample
opportunities for networking. The Forum is organized by the Roscongress
Foundation, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the
training centre of the Academy of Real Estate (ARE), and IMMERGITY.
This year, the Forum will include an exhibition, B2B
events, an apartments fair, a special thematic section with offers for private
investors, and a set of educational activities for real estate professionals.
The virtual exhibition is expected to have 200 stands.
The business programme will include over 100 expert speakers. The apartments
fair is expected to attract 35,000 potential buyers.

This year, the concept of the PROESTATE Forum is based
on new conference standards and offers an opportunity for full immersion in 3D
space. Participants will be able to present their projects, share contacts,
negotiate, sign cooperation agreements, and partake in an expertise discussion
— all these options will be available online.
To recap, the first International Real Estate Investment Forum PROESTATE took place in 2007.
The Forum’s audience is 58% senior executives and 37% mid-level management. Over
these years, PROESTATE has brought in over 400 official delegations from 100
Russian cities and 33 countries, with over 800 exhibitors presenting their
projects at the Forum. The PROESTATE competition programme has awarded over 360
prizes.
