part of the #InThisTogether national initiative to support medical
professionals. Doctors in Russia are currently working selflessly and
tirelessly in the fight against coronavirus. As a result, frontline healthcare
workers are in need of extra support.

world is united — personal interests or politics are irrelevant when it comes
to saving lives. Nations are sending humanitarian aid and medical personnel to
nations which are suffering the most from the coronavirus. Students are leaving
their classrooms to work in hospitals, and volunteers and businesses alike are
doing what they can to help doctors and medical organizations for free. In the
current circumstances, the provision of mutual aid is precisely what is playing
a decisive role in the fight against the pandemic,» said Advisor to the
President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov.

day, more and more dedicated and caring people and companies are joining the
‘In this together’ initiative. Everyone can see what our medical professionals
are going through, as they go about saving lives in hospitals and as part of ambulance
teams. It’s fantastic that we now have a partner that can help medical
professionals and their loved ones by addressing those important, day-to-day
concerns that they have so little time for at the moment,» said Chairman of the
Board of the Association of Volunteer Centres Artem Metelev.
The
project includes a service providing personal assistance. Medical organizations

service, which is then provided to their staff. A reliable assistant will then
be assigned, who will be able to provide assistance with day-to-day matters at
a time when it’s most needed. An easy-to-use mobile app for doctors makes it
simple to submit requests for assistance with purchasing and delivering food,
dealing with matters at home, providing remote education for children, and
more.
«Today,
doctors need our support more than anyone. In order to protect their health and
the health of their loved ones, they often stay away from home, and frequently
don’t even have time to eat properly. We would like to express our sincere
gratitude to all our healthcare workers for the absolutely crucial work they
do. This joint personal assistant initiative means that doctors can entrust
their day-to-day concerns to a qualified member of staff, who will not only be
able to make important calls and undertake vital tasks, but also monitor the
process to ensure everything gets done,» said the Roscongress Foundation’s
Deputy Director for Services Ekaterina Rakcheeva.
