Росконгресс совместно с Роспатриотцентром поддержат волонтерское движение в России

The Roscongress Foundation and the Rospatriotcentre signed an agreement on 3 December 2018 in Moscow as part of the International Volunteer Forum. The document was signed by Roscongress Foundation First Deputy Director Dmitry Kartashov and Rospatriotcentre Director Ksenia Razuvaeva. The parties agreed to work together to involve youth in volunteer activities.

«We are so grateful for the work volunteers do at Roscongress Foundation events. The work they do for different blocks such as navigation, transport, accreditation, and support make the participant experience on business sites comfortable and convenient. I am sure that they also receive invaluable experience that will help them realize their full potential», Roscongress Foundation Chairman of the Board and CEO Alexander Stuglev said.

Cooperation between the Roscongress Foundation and Rospatriotcentre aims to turn the volunteer movement into an effective tool for educating Russian youth in civil and patriotic duty.

«The volunteer movement is a major global trend. Youth in Russia are socially active. Our country is a global leader in this respect. Volunteering is important for the success of major international events that take place in Russia, including the annual SPIEF and EEF and the upcoming SCO and BRICS summits in Chelyabinsk. I am sure that the volunteer movement will reach new heights with the Roscongress Foundation and the Rospatriotcentre», Adviser to the Russian President Anton Kobyakov said.

In total, there are more than 20,000 registered volunteers in the Roscongress Foundation system. Of these, more than 2,000 were involved in events organized by the Foundation in Russia and abroad in 2018.
