The
Country Potential is a modern smart HR platform that makes it easy to find
employees and get a dream job.
Right
during the presentation at the International Forum of Civic Participation
#WeAreTogether in Moscow, which was led by project leader Marina Buntova and product
director Peter Bogolepov, participants underwent career guidance testing using
QR-code from the phone and an express quiz of 10 questions on knowledge of
modern rare occupations.
HR
start-ups are revolutionizing our understanding of the job search: the focus of
the employer’s interest and study is the personality and potential of a young
student, graduate, or aspiring specialist, rather than their experience or
grades. The results of comprehensive testing of candidates enable companies to
accurately determine a person’s profile, motivation, values, and other
characteristics. When it comes to a job seeker with no work experience, it
helps interest an employer in their personal competences and find a suitable
vacancy.
The
platform has assembled 6 groups of tests based on internationally recognized
methodologies, assessing a candidate’s full profile. After passing the test,
the recommendation system automatically sends the job seeker’s digital CV to
companies that are suitable for them.
The
Country Potential platform is a new way of looking at employment. It helps
students to determine their career path while still in school and to start
developing relevant skills in advance, while students can adjust their career
path and receive useful recommendations and invitations to companies. Young
professionals can learn about the current requirements and skills needed for
their profession and find jobs where they can maximise their potential.
Universities can expand opportunities for students to combine study and work
through access to internships and work placements, increase the employment rate
of students after graduation and, as a consequence, their rating and brand
through the ‘success stories’ of the best students. Finally, companies can find
their ideal employees who will stay with them for many years and grow with the
company.
Today, 163 employers and 4,309 jobseekers have already registered on the platform.
