Today, at the 2nd Congress of Young Scientists, which takes
place on 1–3 December at the Sirius Park of Science and Art, the Roscongress
Foundation and Surgutinternovosti Broadcasting Company signed an agreement on
strategic cooperation. Alexander Stuglev, Chairman and CEO of the Roscongress
Foundation, and Darya Davydova, General Director of the Surgutinternovosti
Broadcasting Company, signed the document.
The subject of the signed agreement is to establish partnerships and
develop long-term and effective strategic cooperation. The organizations plan
to cooperate in a number of areas, including mutual consulting, information and
expert support, as well as information exchange with a view to expanding the
partner network and strengthening cooperation with foreign partners.
“The Roscongress Foundation traditionally attaches great importance to
information work within the framework of business and congress and exhibition
events. Cooperation with the Surgutinternovosti television and radio company
will strengthen the support of our events in the media space, as well as open
up new opportunities for the promotion of event topics and programmes,” said
Alexander Stuglev.
As
part of the agreement, there are plans to organize joint congress and
exhibition events of a bilateral and multilateral nature, in particular forums,
conferences, roundtables, business meetings, fairs, presentations, and
information campaigns in order to promote the relevant events. Particular
attention will be paid to information cooperation to ensure objective and
comprehensive coverage of joint events in the Russian and global media space,
and to further strengthen the positive image of the organizations’ activities.
