On 20 September 2018, the 13th Russia—Singapore Business Forum (RSBF) is to take place in Singapore under the auspices of Intergovernmental Russia—Singapore Commission chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Maxim Akimov. Representatives of Russian and Singaporean state authorities and business communities are to attend the event.
The RSBF has been held since 2006 to promote investment, trade and cooperation between Russia and Singapore. The organizer is Enterprise Singapore with the support of the Roscongress Foundation as an official partner.
The forum is to host a keynote panel session ‘Russia — Getting Back to Business’, panel discussions ‘Consumer: Winning over the Russian Consumer’, ‘Technology: Bridging the Ecosystem between Russia & Singapore’, and ‘Spotlight Asia: Defining the Opportunities for Russian Entrepreneurs in Asia’. ‘.
The panels consist of representatives from Russia and Singapore that are experts in their field and will provide insights on the markets, industry and trends. Participants will also benefit from networking opportunities.
«The forum intends to add to the interest of representatives of Singaporean business and potential investors to work with Russian partners, to raise the awareness of Singaporean participants of the terms of implementing investment projects in Russia,» said Alexander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board, CEO of the Roscongress Foundation.
