An agreement on the subject was reached between Alexander Stuglev, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Roscongress Foundation, and Pavel Seleznev, Chairman of the Presidium of the New Quality of Life Foundation, at a meeting in Moscow with the participation of Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.
Due to high relevance of the issues of improving the quality and accessibility of social services, as well as the need for a more active digitalization of the social sphere, the Roscongress Foundation and the New Quality of Life Foundation will annually hold the All-Russian Social and Economic Forum ‘The New Quality of Life’, dedicated to implementation of innovative solutions and digital technologies in the sphere of social services. Events under the New Quality of Life brand will be held at the key federal forums organized by the Roscongress Foundation. In addition to joint activities within the partnership, it is planned to launch a unified social services aggregator: the social navigator ‘New Quality of Life’, which will be created on the basis of the existing infralife.ru digital platform. In order to develop these tasks, Roscognress will soon join the founding members of the New Quality of Life Foundation
Alexander Stuglev, CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Roscongress Foundation, believes that "integration of the NPO LAB social platform, which was presented at SPIEF 2018, and the New Quality of Life social navigator into a unified information platform will increase efficiency and accessibility of social services."
According to Pavel Seleznev, Chairman of the Presidium of the New Quality of Life Foundation, formation of a new quality of life today becomes possible, first of all, by raising the standards and quality of social services provided to the public. Introducing innovative approach and digital technology into the social sector will help solving this problem much faster.
Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov noted during the meeting that “combining the efforts of the Roscongress Foundation and the New Quality of Life Foundation, creating joint projects, will continue to integrate the social agenda into programmes of the largest Russian and international events, expand the scope of social partnerships and socially-oriented initiatives in accordance with the national tasks of social development.”
