The 7th Russia-Kyrgyzstan International Conference will take place on 15 June 2018 in Chelyabinsk. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic will act as the organizers of the event supported by the Roscongress Foundation.
The event will be attended by the representatives of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation, the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, heads of regions in Russia and Kyrgyzstan, representatives of the governmental authorities, business circles, non-governmental organizations, expert community, and mass media of the two countries.
The conference theme is “The role of Digital Transformation in Economic Integration of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic”. The conference participants will consider the topics of fostering trade and economic ties between the regions of Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the context of digitalization in transport, logistics, and other spheres related to international economic activity.
The conference format includes a plenary session and thematic round tables on current issues of bilateral cooperation. The event will also feature a session on the exchange of contact information, during which the representatives of Russian business community and organizations will be able to establish contact with potential Kyrgyz partners.
