In
order to participate in the EEF 2022, it is necessary to be tested for
COVID-19. Testing will be carried out on a fee basis at specially approved
points in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, as well as in accredited
laboratories in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The list of regional
laboratories is available on the Forum website.
Those who plan to
attend the Forum will need to fill out a COVID questionnaire: participants will
find theirs in their Roscongress personal accounts, and media representatives
can access theirs in the personal web offices. Everyone will need to sign up
for the test no earlier than the day before the event.
The
test results are automatically uploaded to the accreditation system. A negative
PCR test for COVID-19 will activate access to the Forum venue by accreditation
badge for all days of the Forum.
To
attend the plenary session of the Forum, additional PCR testing is conducted no
earlier than 24 hours before the day of the plenary session.
Foreign
participants of the Forum must have a document (in Russian or English)
confirming a negative result of PCR testing for COVID-19, taken not earlier
than two calendar days before their arrival to Russia. Additionally, they will
need to obtain a negative test result in one of the specialized points on the
territory of the Russian Federation. There is no need to observe quarantine
after arrival.
EEF
2022 venue will feature preventive measures organized in accordance with the
recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor: thermal monitoring, air disinfection,
treatment of transport with special disinfectant solutions, etc.
Detailed
information about testing facility hours, costs, and prevention measures is
published on the official EEF website.
