A large-scale cultural
programme will unfold in Vladivostok in early September during the 7th Eastern
Economic Forum and the 2nd International Tiger Forum. Dozens of events will be
organized for participants in business events, as well as for Vladivostok residents
and visitors: music concerts, photo exhibitions, and master classes will remind
the public of the humanitarian role of art and culture.

of the Eastern Economic Forum aims to facilitate cultural exchange,
representation of the most talented creative teams from the countrys regions,
as well as shaping and promoting humanitarian ties. Culture has always been a
creative force that unites millions of people and gives them an opportunity to
bring their talents to light. I am confident that this years rich programme
combined into a themed festival Vladivostok Seasons is a great gift to all
Forum participants and Vladivostok residents and guests,» noted Anton Kobyakov,
Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of
the Eastern Economic Forum Organizing Committee.
On 5 September, the Far
East Street exhibition will unfold on the waterfront of Ajax Bay on the campus
of Far Eastern Federal University. Thematic pavilions presenting Far Eastern regions
will be open to EEF 2022 guests and participants from 5 to 8 September. After the end of the Forum, residents and
visitors of Vladivostok will enjoy free access to the exhibition until 11
September.
The cultural programme
will be open to the public starting from 5 September. On that day, Primorye
Territory will present an artistic programme with two musical groups from the
region. On 6 September, groups from Chukotka Autonomous District and Khabarovsk
Region will perform here. On 7 September, the Republic of Sakha and Sakhalin
Region will present their programmes.
On 8 September, the
audience will get to see an artistic programme from the Republic of Buryatia
and Amur Region. The organizers will present awards to the best pavilions of
the exhibition.
9 September will offer a
creative programme from Kamchatka and Magadan Regions, and on 10 September
there will be performances by artists from the Jewish Autonomous Region and
Trans-Baikal Territory.
On 11 September the
final day of the cultural programme of the Far East Street exhibition visitors
will enjoy a gala concert of creative groups from the regions at 15:00 and a
performance of the best musical groups at 18:00.
A series of themed events
will take place as part of the Eastern Economic Forum and the Tiger Forum. For
example, on 4 September at 17:00, Vladivostok will host the I We Tiger
festival with the participation of childrens and youth groups. Games, interactive
activities, competitions, master classes, and a concert by the Vladivostok
Philharmonic Orchestra will take place in Ploshchad Bortsov Revolyutsii.
On 8 September, fans of
popular music will enjoy a concert entitled All-Time Favourites in Russian, featuring
renowned Russian artists.
On 6 September, the
Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra will take to the Mariinsky Theatres Primorye
Stage, with the virtuoso pianist and Peoples Artist of Russia Denis Matsuev as
the soloist. The Golden Turtle International Wildlife Festival project and an
international photography exhibition #WildAndBeautiful will be presented in the
My Russia My History historical park.
Finally, on 7 September,
the famous opera singer Ildar Abdrazakov, Merited Artist of Russia, will perform
on the Mariinsky Theatres Primorye Stage.
The Vladivostok Seasons Festival is organized by the Government of Primorye Territory, the Vladivostok City Administration, and the Roscongress Foundation.
The 7th Eastern Economic Forum will take place on 58 September 2022 in Vladivostok, on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU).
