The Roscongress Foundation signed trilateral agreements on strategic cooperation with St. Petersburg State University, Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and TALENTI on the 25th anniversary of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The documents were signed by Alexander Stuglev, Chairman and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation, Elena Chernova, First Vice Rector of St. Petersburg State University, Ivan Lobanov, Rector of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and Marina Buntova, CEO of TALENTI.
All parties intend to join forces in implementing state policy aimed at improving the socio-economic sector, creating conditions meant to assist students and young professionals in professional orientation and successful employment. Equally important goals include socialization and adaptation of children and teenagers in difficult situations, as well as assistance in developing inclusive areas and popularization of volunteerism ideas. The signing parties are committed to resolving other issues related to achieving national goals that improve the quality of life in the Russian Federation.

The basis for cooperation are the projects of the Roscongress Foundation entitled School Friend and RC-Skills. School Friend is aimed at assisting in the socialization and adaptation of children and teenagers in difficult life situations. RC-Skills assists persons with disabilities with social and practical adaptation and help young people to determine their professional sphere and employment.
In addition, the agreements provide for cooperation between the parties in conducting joint internships, theoretical classes and training seminars for young people, including using Countrys Potential digital platform.

Under the agreement, the Roscongress Foundation will be involved in forming a database of the main beneficiaries of the projects, organizing classes and events held as part of these joint projects. It commits to develop and implement educational programmes aimed at improving the competence of representatives of the student community in matters of interaction with children and adolescents. It is also planned to analyze the effectiveness of these activities, conduct primary diagnosis of the mental and emotional state of the participants of the social projects, make methodological recommendations, and organize educational projects.
Promising young people will be regularly offered internship programmes at the structural divisions of the Roscongress Foundation. The most successful participants of training events will receive assistance in finding employment with the Foundation.
The Roscongress Foundation has been enthusiastically involved in education, socialization, career guidance and employment of schoolchildren, students and young professionals for the last two years. The Foundations social initiatives are presented at the 25th anniversary of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that takes place 1518 June.
