Фонд Инносоциум сфокусирует внимание участников ПМЭФ-2022 на перспективных направлениях креативных индустрий в условиях экономических санкций

On 15 June, the first day of SPIEF 2022, St. Petersburg’s ExpoForum will host the Creative Business Forum, organized by the Social Platform of the Roscongress Foundation — Innosocium Foundation. From 12:15 to 13:45, conference hall G5 will see a session from one of the two main Forum’s blocks on ‘Filling the Economy with Creativity: Developing National Projects, Products, and Brands’.

The limitations of international cooperation are motivating the producers of creative goods and services to reconsider their own approaches to creating added value: from design and material and equipment procurement to the choice of new sales channels and marketing designed for a different target audience and new target markets. At the same time, it is extremely important to catch the moment when the mass departure of foreign companies frees up niches for import substitution in the Russian market.

«Systemic support of the creative industries has always been among the top priorities of the Innosocium Foundation, and nowadays there is demand like never before. The Creative Business Forum gives us a unique opportunity to find the most effective answer, in real time, to the question of which creative industries currently possess the greatest potential for development — potential that must be turned into an effective resource and source of economic growth,» Deputy CEO of the Roscongress Foundation and Director of the Innosocium Foundation Elena Marinina said.

The ‘Filling the Economy with Creativity: Developing National Projects, Products, and Brands’ session will focus on providing infrastructure for creating competitive products and services, looking at changes in company strategies in the new economic conditions, highlighting successful projects, and considering best practices of import substitution in the creative industries.

The session will be moderated by Yuliana Slashcheva, Chair of the Management Board of Soyuzmultfilm Film Studio, General Director of Gorky Film Studio, and Chair of the Animated Film Association. Speakers will feature Director of the Moscow Transport Museum Oksana Bondarenko, Editor in Chief of U Magazine Jurate Gurauskaite, General Director of the Center for the Development of Cultural Initiatives and Head of the Tavrida Art Cluster Sergey Pershin, Director of Music and Event Projects at VK Konstantin Sidorkov, and Founder and CEO of FASHION HUB RUSSIA and President of INTERNATIONAL BUYERS HUB Georgy Rostovshchikov.

«The creative community is always faced with many problems. We must make the most of the potential of talented people to expand their involvement in solving the problems that are a part of the creative industry today. Participation in the Innosocium session will give us an opportunity to showcase real examples, cases of successful projects and startups in order to measure our strength and see examples and reference points we can look up to,» Yuliana Slashcheva said.

All real-time news on the preparation for SPIEF 2022 is available on the official Forum social network accounts.
