SPIEF-2022 will be held in compliance with all epidemiological safety measures

23 May 2022
ПМЭФ-2022 состоится с соблюдением всех мер эпидемиологической безопасности

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, epidemiological safety measures, meeting the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor will be implemented at the SPIEF 2022 venue.

Before the beginning of the Forum, participants will be required to enter data on whether or not they have had COVID-19, have antibodies to the virus, and whether or not they have been vaccinated in the Roscongress personal account. Only after completing the questionnaire a participant will be able to sign up for PCR testing.

All participants, media representatives, and employees should undergo PCR testing at one of the specialized centres organized by Rospotrebnadzor no earlier than one day before arrival at the Forum venue.

The test results are automatically uploaded into the accreditation system. A negative PCR test for COVID-19 will activate venue access by an accreditation badge.

The badge will be active for 48 hours from the moment the negative PCR test result is uploaded into the Forum's information system. The status of the badge and the time when the result was uploaded can be viewed in the Roscongress personal account. If a participant plans to attend the Forum for several days, a retest must be taken 48 hours after the previous test so that the result of the retest can be uploaded into the system before the previous test expires. A reminder will be placed in the Roscongress personal account when the next test is due.

Dedicated PCR testing centres will be located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and regional laboratories of Rospotrebnadzor of the Russian Federation. For Forum participants, testing centres in airports and hotels will be open around the clock during the event. The addresses and opening hours of the testing centres, as well as the cost of COVID-19 testingare available on the official website of the event.

Guided by the most stringent requirements, the Organizing Committee of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is putting in place a set of measures to ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety. This includes setting up air recirculators and decontamination devices at the venue, thermal imaging monitoring, and digital collective immunity recording systems. In order to comply with safety measures, it is planned to expand access infrastructure to the Forum venue and organize health monitoring of the event's guests.

The 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held on 1518 June 2022.
