This analytical report was prepared by the Center for Strategic Research, the Higher School of Economics, external experts, and the business community and deals with the regulatory policy of Russia, that is with the way the State forms and changes the rules according to which businesses, social organizations, and the public sector operate.

The report of the Higher School of Economics is devoted to the role and place of the environmental agenda in the domestic and foreign policy of Russia, implemented in a fundamentally changing world, including in interaction with key integration associations with the participation of our country (SCO, BRICS, EAEU).

The Centre for Strategic Research (CSR) represents together with the Institute for the Rule of Law at the European University in Saint-Petersburg the report entitled Proposed Improvements in the Justice System in the Russian Federation and Changing Regulations to be Implemented. The report analyses key problems in the justice system and offers ways to improve it which should contribute to the economic growth and social stability.
