Deloitte experts surveyed respondents from Gen Z and millennials in Russia about current trends and global challenges. The survey assesses the results against answers of these generations representatives worldwide.

This analytical report is based on a study carried out by Zircon Research Group. The aim of the study was to discover values and motivations of today’s Russian social entrepreneurs, as well as distinguishing features of social businesses, and to compare some of the personal qualities of social entrepreneurs with those of the general public.
