The project involves construction and operation of a closed-cycle dairy complex for 1,200 dairy cows in the village of Staroe Eshtebenkino in the Chelno-Vershinsky municipal district of the Samara region.
The capacity of MTK is 30 tons of fermented milk products per day.
Nomenclature of fermented milk products planned for release:
1. Pasteurized milk 3,2% fat, packed in PET bottles.
2. Fermented milk kefir drink 2.5% fat, packed in PET bottles.
3. Fermented baked milk 2.5% fat packed in PET bottles.
4. Kefir drink enriched with bifidobacteria 2.5% fat, packed in PET bottles.
5. Sour cream 20% fat, packed in plastic cups
6. Curd 9% fat, packed in laminated foil.
7. Adyghe cheese packed in vacuum bags.
8. Butter 72.5% fat packed in laminated foil.
Meat products up to 25,000 kg.
The sale of these products is planned within the boundaries of the municipal district Chelno-Vershinsky.
