Free ‘Stars of Russian Radio’ Concert to Be Held for Vladivostok Residents as Part of EEF Cultural Programme on 4 September

A big concert titled ‘Stars of Russian Radio’ will take place on Revolution Fighters Square in Vladivostok on 4 September. The concert will feature performances by Dima Bilan, Vyacheslav Butusov, Masha Veber, and the bands Zemlyane and Marlin. The concert is free.

«As part of the cultural programme of the Eastern Economic Forum, event participants and residents of Primorye can traditionally learn more about the culture of the Far East, world masterpieces of art, as well as the work of contemporary artists. The concert featuring Russian music stars will be a gift for all the residents and guests of Vladivostok as well as a perfect conclusion to the Eastern Economic Forum. The event will be held in compliance with all sanitary and epidemiological requirements of [the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing],» said Yekaterina Ivanova, Head of the Creative Projects Directorate at the Roscongress Foundation.

The event is being organized by the Government of the Primorye Territory, the Administration of Vladivostok, and Russian Media Group with the support of the Roscongress Foundation, the DNS Development Group, one of the leading developers of the Primorye Territory, and the Vladivostok Sea Trade Port, the largest universal port in the Far East.

«It’s symbolic that the new concert season for Russian Media Group is kicking off with a joint project with the Roscongress Foundation. And we are glad that the participants in the International Forum will see how popular Russian performers are and the residents of Vladivostok will enjoy a wonderful concert,» said Russian Media Group Managing Director Dmitry Mednikov said.

Other events have also been prepared for EEF 2021 participants as part of the cultural programme: the exhibitions ‘Russian Art. From Icons to Avant-Garde’, ‘Union of Earth and Water. The Theme of Seashells in the Applied Artworks of the 16th—21st Centuries from the State Hermitage Collection’, ‘Under the Venetian Sky. Vedute of the 18th Century from the Collection of Intesa Sanpaolo’, a concert ‘Masterpieces of World Classics’, and an evening of classical music with opera singer and People’s Artist of Russia Hibla Gerzmava.
