President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants and guests of the 7th Conference on Interregional Cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan.
The President wished every success on the sidelines of the Conference and also noted that the annual conferences on cooperation between Russia and Tajikistan have already become a good tradition. Vladimir Putin also emphasized the symbolism of the event this year in view of President Emomali Rahmon’s official visit to Moscow.
“It is important that young generations of Russians and Tajiks are stirring towards interregional contacts. The Youth Forum inclusion in the conference is a stark illustration of it,” Vladimir Putin emphasized. The President of Russia also expressed confidence that the participants will outline promising modes and mechanisms of interregional cooperation during the Conference and will strengthen friendship and mutual understanding between our countries.
