The BRICS summit and the SCO Heads of State Council meeting will be held in St Petersburg on 21−23 July 2020 within the framework of Russia’s presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in 2019−2020 and of BRICS in 2020.
St Petersburg has been chosen as the venue of these events in accordance with Presidential Executive Order No. 380 of 15 August 2019.
