The Roscongress Foundation and NEO Centre Joint-Stock Company signed an agreement at the Russian Investment Forum on cooperation in strategic and management consulting, financial modelling, business planning, and comprehensive support for PPP projects.
The document calls for the regular exchange of information, joint activities to promote projects at the main congress and exhibition events of the Roscongress Foundation as well as the search for partners that will prepare and support investment projects.
«The public-private partnership has established itself as an effective mechanism for implementing the most complex capital-intensive tasks on which the future of the Russian economy and the quality of Russians’ lives depend. The PPP theme is actively discussed at key events of the Roscongress Foundation. We will be happy to continue providing the most active support for the promotion of PPP practices in Russia», Roscongress Foundation CEO Alexander Stuglev said.
NEO Centre CEO Valeria Plotnikova noted that cooperation with the Roscongress Foundation «will help promote the PPP mechanism and improve the quality of projects that are implemented using this tool».
