SPIEF 2021 is the first large-scale convention since the start of the pandemic. The forum that brings together heads of government and business leaders, scientists and experts, marks the recovery of the economy and the restart of integration processes. The world has changed. What this ‘new normal’ will be depends on us.

Network interaction led to the development of new forms of diplomacy. There are such types of international relations that allow you to create new virtual spaces not only in the technical and technological sense, but also in the transboundary one. Transboundary interaction with positive connotation in international relations in the context of «network diplomacy» is realized in the format of dialogue platforms. Public diplomacy of international dialogues uses an event-based approach. Intellectual events, as part of public diplomacy, can consider international dialogues of civil communities as a very successful format.

The aim of this report prepared by UNIDO is to define a theoretical framework to support an ‘integrated cluster’ approach involving agri-food, tourism and the creative industries, which could be replicated in different geographical contexts.

Economic forums — a party or work? I saw several posts in my feed following the Sochi forum on the topic of «why do we need economic forums — everyone just hangs out and nobody does anything» and decided to describe the experience of the #UdmurtiaTeam at such events.
